I've got a couple of 6021w's lying around and was wondering if it is possible to built the Dr. boogey circuit wth 6021w tubes instead of the JFETs. I was thinking of keeping the first gain stage as is and replace the next four JFETs with two 6021w's with a plate voltage source of 230v. However, I'm new in calculating gain and so on..how much gain is needed?
Do you have any suggestions how to convert the 'already' converted circuit?
