Loose drive, bass, mid, treble, presence, depth, master, level pots. They all manually function with the exception of drive. Any experience with replacing these? Thanks.

Just a possibility you can check in an instant: Pots have a metal rear cover that is held to the rest of the pot by four little metal tabs bent over. If those tabs unbend just a little, the rear cover loosens, and then the whole pot is loose. A few quick squeezes with pliers and it is back to rights. For a while I found this happening on Mesa amps with the little 16mm pots.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned. -
Some photos of AX8 with two(2) plates removed. Four(4) screws have been removed, but PC board does not lift out. Anyone have specific knowledge of how to get access to these pots?Originally posted by Enzo View PostComment
