Cheap a** phase 90 pot

Hi. The cheapo plastic shaft on the pot of my MXR phase 90 broke. What pot do I need to replace it with? What else should I do to it while I have it apart? I know there were some modifications that people were doing. It is a newer model, probably 5 or 6 years old. Thanks!
