Good stuff. Now when you have the battery installed, the 2 connections there will still be exposed. If they touch the case they will short out the battery. That is where the foam (sponge) or tolex that Juan mentioned comes in. You just wrap it around the battery and clip to insulate it from touching anything.

That's a damn good point! In my naiivityI hadn't even thought of this. Hence the shroud thing on the snaps whatsit end.
