EHX Tri Parallel mixer frozen issue

EHX Tri Parallel mixer frozen issue,
This pedal works But you have to do a factory reset every time you power it on.
Hold down ch1 - ch3 and connect up the power, as soon as you remove the power pack. and re connect it locked up/frozen. Seems to be a common problem
I have contacted EHX about 7 days ago. No reply as of yet
Does anyone know what is need to be done,
No schematic online either

I have had a reply from ehx . The unit needs to a reprogram. Seems that it has to be done by them .
