LR Baggs Paracoustic DI Q6 I.D. needed

Hi everyone, as per the title, can anyone who has access to an older Paracoustic DI (one with through hole components) have a look and tell me what Q6 should be? Its on the small front board beside the input jack socket and behind the gain trim pot. If anyone has a schematic for this a copy would be very much appreciated.
