HP C8180 Printer

Does anyone have any experience with a HP C8180 Printer.
My wife's HP PhotoSmart C8180 All In One Printer doesn't print Pink and red, or more specific, No Light Magenta, or dark magenta.
Replaced the print cartridges and did the clean print head program repeatedly.
This printer has the large 02, 5 color individual print cartridges, Plus a Black cartridge.
It is 5 years old or so, and my wife prints pictures on it primarily.
Any ideas, I'm out of ideas.

Seems like a lot of effort - but he appeared to have no tools initially.
