    Dave H.

I found the create page, like your screenshot > put in seechief > made new password/ answered personal Q's... but all I get is:

    You're already signed in.

The account or password is incorrect. Please try again.

Can you reset your password while you are logged in? Sometimes that can require re-entering the old one first though.

As you can't create a new Hotmail/Outlook account to use to recover your password why not create a new gmail account and use that?

FYI. I can open my Hotmail account on several (three) devices at the same time

Just went into hotmail, expecting my usual address etc.. & "welcome to your new account seechief". Eh? right.. so wtf is my password for this (scramble scramble looking in bin for scraps of paper). What a mess. And I'm 1/2 through a rather good chileann cabernet.. (Anakena '19).. so my clarity isn't quite as it should be. ffs.

Now I'm locked out of my main email account.. exactly as I worried might happen if I created mew email accounts. this gets worse.

I desperately need this (PC or ipad now) for work.

                  Please, if anyone can help!!

Ive managed to get an email sent tio this new gmail.com account Ive created tonight.... but I have no idea where the email section is to see if Ive received it.

I only have a page titled "contacts" (a picture of an open book mid page, with the words 'no contacts yet' below it, & below that to the L: create contacts, & to the R: import contacts.)

To the LHS of the page I have a list of

                    "Contacts"
                    "Frequently contacted"
                    "Merge & Fix"
                    "Labels"
                    "Create label"...
                    etc

Does anyone have a clue what this page is? any idea where, if it is an email account (Ive no idea what a gmail account actually is), when an email is sent to it.... where the flamin heck I go to view it?

                    Thanks.

Are you on pc or mobile?
If mobile, have you installed the gmail app?

See pic below. Click on the button I've circled in red. Then you should be able to select 'gmail' with a logo that has M. That should put you into the inbox.

Yeah, the last few years it seems, everybody has gone crazy about hiding menus. It took me awhile to figure out that in firefox they hide behind a little box with 3 bars.
It's all about dumbing everything down for supposed 'smart' phones.
