Peavey classic vtx I need help to test and find these parts

Thankfully to X-pro I have found replacements for these parts.. I still don't know how to test them I really need help with that

parts of the same name.

You can try to put a cheap LM324 chip if its power supply does not exceed 32V or +/16V.
Functionally they are similar.

I realized this is not a proper replacement the part I need has five pins that all lead to different parts of the circuit.. the one you provided a link to has four
