EPI firebird tuners / www.sperzel.com

I was looking for the fancy tuners used on the epiphone firebird studio.
I think the are sperzels - is that true? Where can I get them and are they a suitable replace for a gibson firebird?

btw the sperzel homepage is easily the worst I have seen in years:

- scarce information
- starts with a popup
- hard to read (thin white letters on red)
- constantly moving
- ...

I just found out that the epi firebird has steinberger tuners - look very interesting but are 99$
