EMG active in a strat with passive pickups?

Hey all,
I am doing some guitar work for a friend, and was wondering what would a wiring diagram look like for a strat with three pickups, One Gibson burstbucker type 3 at bridge, the standard strat pickup in the middle, and an EMG active at neck? the pickups don't have to be able to mix. Any help is much appreciated.

Just wire it up like a regular Strat, but use a stereo jack to switch the power on for the EMG. Use the standard pots for passive pickups.
