    I found this very well done pot comparison video and chart. Also note he goes from low to high or 0-10. I think most of us would go from 10 to 0 in our use of Potentiometers.

    Finally! Someone did a video to prove this! Good stuff. It seems like every thread started about pot tapers gets totally misinformed. A video cannot lie. At least not that one. Thanks for sharing.

      One thing you find is the audio taper pots are more useful for the low end of the pot. You get that nice smooth fade up in volume.

      But if you wire up two pickups using a Jazz Bass two volume control wiring, you find that the audio taper pots are not so useful for blending two pickups because most of the useful range in that application is between 9 and 10 on the pot.
