  • Guitar Idenity in video

I may have this thread in wrong area, if need be move at will.
I am trying to identify the guitar in this video.
Make & Model of the guitar played by Steve Windwood of Traffic in 1972?
It looks mostly gibson, Maybe some hybrid of a firebird or Explorer.
Neck looks a bit like a strat neck.
Tremelo and bridge all look Gibson.
The Pickguard doesn't match anything sold by Warmoth.
There's an emblem on the pickguard, but think it's the Logo for Traffic!
Also if you can identify pickups.

Traffic- "Light up or Leave Me Alone"!

    Thanks In Advance,

It is a Gibson mid 60's Firebird. Gibson changed the body shape of the firebird and the one you see is referred to as a "non reverse" Firebird. The logo on the pickguard is the "Firebird" logo. Here's another, just not in a cool Pelham Blue like the one in the vid.

      Sweetfinger:
You were right on everything but the color.
The Color of the Winwood axe is Kerry Green.
I found this Gibson Link with more info, & another vid.
Someone should make that very guitar, with the firebird mini-Humbuckers.

Basically, when I see a greenish or green/blue Gibson from the 60's, Pelham is the default until proven otherwise. Kerry Green is a rare color. The only thing cooler would be a REVERSE Firebird in Kerry Green!
