Hurricane Ike damaged Strat neck maple

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there is any good way to fix a USA made strat neck all maple that has the finish peeling off everywhere and if the frets are going to come loose now since the neck has had 2 years to dry. The neck is a bit backbowed and looks fairly straight but not sure what to think, maybe just replace it...

I never had a guitar submerged in salt water before.
