guitar hum problems....

Hello,
There's lot of noise when i touch strings on my guitar even when distortion is off.
I have two humbuckers (kent armstrong vint.) 3-way switch, vol. i two
tone pot's.
p.s ground wire is connected on bridge.
please, help!
