Where is the best location on a Strat Pickguard to install a Mini switch, without being in the way?
Laying out a new Loaded Pick Guard.
I currently sell loaded Pick Guards with 3 single coils.
Working on building Strat Rail Pickups.
I want a Rail in the bridge and neck position, with a SC in the mid Position.
Using the regular strat 5 Way Wafer switch, and 3 CTS Pots.
If I can add a small DPDT Mini, I can wire the Split of both Buckers thru the mini.
I don't like Push pull Pots, the mini will work best for this Application.
For a Location, was thinking of the area between the 5 way and Vol. and first Tone.
As a Player would there be any issue with this location.
There is room in the cavity for switch wiring.
You can see the area in question on the included picture.
Thanks for any input.
