I am looking for a replacement bridge for my Ibanez AS 103. I want something I can just switch out and not have to mod anything. I would like to just leave the bushings that the posts screw into but I don't know if that is possible.

It looks like a regular Tune-o-matic. Just measure the distance from the two posts. What don't you like about the stock bridge? If it is missing you just need an import wide post Tune-o-matic style. If you want an upgrade, you would probably want the Tone Pros T3BT retrofit for metric:
