  • new gibson part

    The last batch of shrink-wrapped gibson pots and switches I got were all used. Here's an example with solder on it, and plier damage to the nut. I guess thats what they mean by "bench tested?"

    The switches always come pre-tinned. As far as the plier damage is concerned, I don't see any visible in the picture, but the plating can be a bit sloppy sometimes.

        Why buy them from Gibson? I'm sure you are paying more money than if you get the parts elsewhere. Gibson doesn't make those parts.
