53 Tele Caps ??

I am trying to figure out which way the Caps face in a 53 tele build.I see one schematic that shows the 2 caps faceing each other to ground on the 250 pot (The blue stripes) and the other there not.This is for a Dark Curcuit,will it hurt tone if I have one wrong.

Those caps aren't polarized, so it doesn't matter which way they face.
