Someone came in last week with a custom tele with this Implant Guitar piezo preamp from Mike Christian made by Bartolini from back around 2000AD. I looked everywhere on line for a diagram or a wire out schematic but there was nothing that came up. I emailed Bartolini, not no reply so I tracked down Mike Christian via his Black Ice website and called him up. He immediately sent me a PDF of the two page installation instructions which I'm posting here for future reference in case it should be helpful to someone else. The circuit is a dual channel buffer with both piezo and magnetic inputs, the two outputs go to a NM25KA dual blend pot to allow infinite mixing between the two systems.
