Micawber Tribute

Here's my Micawber Tele.
I built this a few years ago but never took any pictures until now.

Anyway, I call this a Tribute rather than a clone.
I wasn't trying to clone Micawber exactly,
just pay homage to my favorite guitar player and band.

Of course it's in 5 string open G.

I think it needs a cigarette burn on the headstock....

Way kool! Looks properly worn out. Is that bridge gold plated? Yes, cig burn would be the finishing touch. Might be able to simulate that with a soldering iron if you're averse to tobacco.
