You can't have one volume and tone for a two pickup stereo guitar, unless one of the pickups wont have controls.

You either need a ganged stereo pot for the volume and tone, so each would control both pickups, or separate volumes and tones.

Just don't install C3 (just use a wire in its place) and don't install the mono switching jack.

The call the neck pickup bass and the bridge treble.
