90s Jackson tremolo

Hi--can you help here ? These saddles are off an early 90s Jackson trem. As you can see they are numbered , two are not.
What do the numbers mean ?
i assume a certain position for string radius .....
2 are labeled 2
2 are labeled 1
2 are blank

If I recall, it's to compensate for neck radius. Are some of them taller than others? The difference would be only slight.
