Anyone tried the lipstick pickup kit that GJ just added to their inventory? Is it Strat replacement size or Dan-O size? Yeah, I know, just ask them but they are a PITA to get answers from. I have ttried to get Pat to answer a simple question for almost a month (do they stock the mini HB screw he promised that they would get) without success...

Yeah I know that you do. You are probably a much better customer to them. I only order a few parts from time to time. But how can they expect me to be a better customer if they do not answer my questions. I am still waiting for them to answer about the Mini HB screw that Pat promised that they would stock within days. And that was three weeks ago! So they lost the order to Allparts as I got really fed up with waiting for them to answer.And I have kindly asked for a response twice.
The first time I ordered parts from them it took them 10 WEEKS to get the parts on this side of the Atlantic.Comment

Yeah i know, and that how I would normally react. I have actually asked them today why they first answer within a day that they will get the screws and then suddenly there is nothing from them. Gets my pissed off.
AT the same time they have some stuff I haven't found any were else. Like the lipstick kit (I have to try making lipstick pickups some day). And Allparts doesn't have the firebird mini HB parts (baseplates and covers). So I will have to continue to deal with GJ...
