Hi everyone,
I've been lurking and absorbing information here for a while, but now I need some supply advice.
I build guitars at Ash Customworks in Auckland, New Zealand and have been winding pickups from Stew Mac and Sky kits. I'd like to up my production a bit (maybe 50+ pickups next year), and source better/cheaper/different parts.
Mojotone seems to be an almost one-stop-shop, except they don't seem to do AWG 43 and 44 wire, (which I need).
~Can anyone recommend wire, magnet, forbon suppliers to ship small volumes to New Zealand with minimum fuss and no midnight phonecalls?
~Do any of the Australian winders here have preferred suppliers or even local suppliers?
