That guy is nuts, that spool has been for sale over a year. Formvar wire doesn't age well it could be totally useless stuff, also notice the spool flange is bent on the top so it could have smashed all the wire underneath it. Someone sent me a small roll of vintage formvar, totally useless, flaking off, cool collectible but useless. Don't buy IT!
