This is my first post. I've been reading some threads here and it's been very informative. I'm not a winder and but I tinker with guitars and would like to get a better understanding about pickups.
Before I take apart my P90 again... Does the spacer/keeper bar between the two magnets has any effect on sound? Some time ago I believe I read here that removing it could brighten up the tone...
