My customer asked for reverse zebra from Duncan. I should have kept my mouth shut when I told him that the reversed zebra from Duncan was what I consider to be regular zebra. I opened a can of worms and made ten minutes turn into hours. Sometimes it pays to go along with what the customer is thinking. It should have been, "So you want this pickup (pointing to a picture) but with the reverse zebra right?
