Dalmar - metal plating supplies and equipment

Dalmar http://www.dalmarplating.com/ was mentioned on the metalworking newsgroup. I have no experience with Dalmar, but their stuff looks suitable for pickup makers, and they sell in small quantities. A competitor to Caswell.

I've been looking into this for over a year. The Caswell type kits are a good price but I'm just not convinced. If you're going to plate screws it would be very time consuming. I have just had some humbucker pole screws gold plated. The price of gold is very high and it's best to get them tank plated.
But in any case, the gold screws coming from companies like AllParts are neither the right steel or the right profile and quite expensive.
If there was a good market out there for replating guitar hardware as well then I would get the best plating kit available.
