Matt, you didn't follow any of the gauss meter thread? You could have had one of these even cheaper!

The toggle switches are power and back light. The push buttons are Peak Hold-Normal/Calibrate +/Yes, and Zero Set/Calibrate-/No.

It's all explained in the thread. It's a nice little meter.
