I've got an older Bill Lawrence L250. It's a single blade sidewinder with the black felt glued on the bottom. Available wiring connections are white, red, black, and bare. red to black gives me a 13.48K reading, which seems about right. The bare shows continuity to the blade. Any ideas what the white is for? I'd appreciate any info dating this pickup. Thanks, minime

Thanks, minimeIt would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein
