    can i add some coil on my pickup without replace it?? i want to increase the output........

    Yes, you have to splice the wire in then wind more wire on top of it if you have the extra space to add it...

      Alternatively, depending on the age and type of pickup, and your tonal preferences, it might be as simple as remagnetizing it using a neodymium magnet to bring it "back to life". I'm not sayng this is a recommended practice, simply that it can happen that for any of a variety of reasons a magnet in a pickup isn't as strong as it used to be or could be.

      I mention this because although adding more turns will certainly increase output, it is also a risky procedure for the novice and will change the inductance and impedance of the pickup...perhaps in undesirable ways.

        So true. Newbies think that piling on extra wire is going to make the pickup louder, on humbuckers this usually doesn't happen and they get darker with more wire which can be desirable or not desirable. Single coils you can usually add more and the effect will be good, but again it may not do what you're expecting...
