  • Paper Tape Again

I just found the whip paper tape, Got some info here on what to look for as far as the tape conducting..... 1/4 inch crepe from headlinedesign.com
This stuff is better than anything I have used. Really strong, and is remarkably stronger than stew macs stuff. This stuf is the whip!!! You can really torq on it too. Makes for a great apperance for the picky inspectors. $2.00 a roll, and is found in the drafting department At OFFICE DEPOT!!!!
    YEAH MAN>>>>>>>>>
Still have'nt found a reputable source for 1/2 inch???
    Headlinedesign.com was on the packaging.....

Thought there was a more recent thread on this, but maybe not. Time flies. Maybe this stuff would do?
This black paper adhesive tape is a Motion Picture Industry standard. Camera Assistants use it on floors to give actors "their marks", and dolly grips use it on the floor to mark dolly positions. It removes without leaving an adhesive residue. The color black is the only color Permacel does not make in this type of tape. We use "3M- Scotch" Brand. You'll like it.

I got a roll of this 1/4" paper tape, it's non-conductive, fairly strong with low adhesive residue. And cheap. Different manufacturer from the 1/2", so ymmv:
