Rookie Questions

I been doing pickups changes in my guitars for years. Now I want to learn a little more about pickups. I want to experiment with different magnet types but I never took one apart before.
Is there a Website that can help me learn.

I haven't come across a website that will explain how to do what you're asking but there is a philosophy that says:

'if some idiot put it together, some idiot can take it apart'

Make notes as you go along, lay out parts in a sequential order and you'll be fine.

Go to the Seymour Duncan Forum and do a search for "swapping magnets". There's a bunch of threads in there about how to do it.

If you go to the stewmac website there's a pic of a bucker that shows all the parts , they also have instructions on how to assemble, this will give you a good idea how it all goes together.
