... a HB set with a 48mm polepiece spread for the neck p'up?
Old Asian guitars had'em. The poles go just under every string perfectly, just as 50mm polepiece spread do in the bridge position, assuming your bridge string spread is 52mm.
Only asian part suppliers still have 48mm bobbins, most probably on sale in bulk.
However, I couldn't find any 48mm baseplates or p'up covers.
