Low resistance and noiseless

Anyone know who makes passive pickups with such characteristics please share. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: To clarify I dont mean a pickup with low output but rather a noisless design that's not as high resistance as most are.

Furthur clarification on usage: Combining two pickups in parallel w in-line resistors added to prevent inter-pickup inductive loading. Something simmilar to this came stock in early 60s Fender Jazz basses.
The noisless part is my own preference. You'll know it makes it harder due to all the resistance killing highs.
I guess some transformer based design like Villex or Lace would be the way to go?
