I made an order about almost 4 weeks ago and sent the money. He emailed me about 1 maybe more week ago and told me he was out of a certain part and the order would go out this past monday but thats the last I heard from him, no response to emails. Anyone else here order anything from him? Just curious, I may be out a good bit of money and really needed those parts to complete some of these orders I have had sitting.

I believe he is attending one of the musical products industry conferences. I can't remember if it the german one (musikmesse ) or some other one in europe. I thinks he's gone until early or mid april.

Maybe someone here has something you could use until you get yours? I'm sure the guy has'nt ran away with your money.....Remember he has a rep to hold up. I get anxiety too when I am expecting, stareing at the mail box. I Do have to stare at the mail box. Sticky finger Motherfu#!@rs around here.
Are his parts compatable with GJ bobbins, etc? I have not used the T.R source yet, but had a speedy resopnse when I inquired? I'd be more interested to know if his covers fit the GJ Bobbins, and Sm .

Andy....
Andy is serving in the Chinese Army winding coils for radio sets in Mig jets. He stumbled on the "secret wind" and was recruited. His blues band now only performs on Mao's birthday, I'm told.....http://www.SDpickups.com

i looked back at an email. April 4 is the date he mentioned that he will either be back or the conference would be over. I don't know which one.
I think his bobbins are the same as GJ. At least in looks. I haven't had a chance to measure. They're like GJ in terms of the the middle part of the bobbin (i can't think of the friggin name...where the wire wraps around) isn't solid like SM and AP.

Alive and kicking...bobbins and all parts now in stock...Shipping Tuesday to various locations in the US and France.
Should be with you guys via registered post on April 2nd or 3rd sorry for the delays.
Didnt get the contract for the Chinese MiG fighters...they still have a bunch of Bill Lawrence designed coils recovered during the Korean War. Apparently very good for general artillery work, air-to-surface missile deployment, but slightly boomy in the lower mids, especially in Walnut SG copies. They arent looking for new noiseless designs...they think 50-cycle hum creates a good sense of shock and awe just below the sound barrier. Ho hum...
