    Hi pickup buddys I am Looking for cast ALNICO 5 magnets 2.444'' long x 0.500'' wide x 0.250'' thick for filtertron pickups, anybody have a clue of where to find these

      He wants 1/4" thick. That's 1/8" thick.

          yeah but if you stacked 2 of them side by side to make .250", what would be the difference? Should work the same as a single mag. No flux is coming out those sides anyway.

              I buy my 1/4" thick A5 bars from Sensmag. I think it was a custom order, but as I got a few other standard sizes they didn't charge me extra for the custom work and the shipping was still OK as I got a few hundred bars at the same time

                You can superglue or use silicone caulk to glue them together then magnetize them as a unit, it works and I've done it with the Valco repro, if its magnetized through the thickness it might also work for you, alnico 5 seems to magnetize on the 3 axis points, but only have tried 2 of them myself.
