Sorry to say the answer here is make your own as those making vintage replicas do. You can cut down Allparts ones but you are left with a wire hole in the wrong place and missing the magnet support pips and the vintage covers wern't just short the corners were a slightly bigger radius so a buck and vacuum forming is the way to go there. John H illustrated this well in a recent thread.
If you need them for a vintage restoration you can buy vintage repro P-90 covers and baseplates on my web site under the parts and gear tab. I offer them because there is really no other source for accurate P-90 parts if you have a repair. But I don't sell them at a price break and they are not intended for resale in a new pickup. I only mention because it has happened with another maker.
Sorry but I don't supply them for makers. Too much work and expense went into them to offer them to makers for anything other than restoration repairs.
