why not buy the mojo 49.2mm hump90 flatwork? Use standoffs and you would only need to drill 2 holes in the bottom of the flatwork so you can secure the baseplate to the bottom flatwork.
If it's going to have a cover over it anyway it won't matter that its hum sized p90 flatwork and the windings can overhang from the bobbin some as it won't be in a hump90 plastic cover, if you have to make it
with 42awg.
