This was a quick lash up to see if it would work and it did but there was loads of room for improvements. Still got lots of ideas in the brain box and willing to share anytime. I really did get fed up doing small stuff on my big boys, gets too tedious and a waste of power. Something like this and bring the router forward a bit more and it really does become verstile. Don't need handles on jigs this size and it is really safe way to do bits. I only use handled jigs these days when I'm on my spindle molder as some of the cutter blocks at 8inch dia with 4 cutters sticking another 2inches out it's liable to rip your arm off rather than take a couple of fingers and I want to keep mine.
I am allways open to ideas on this and spend a lot of time thinking myself, but allways willing to pass on anything that comes up.
