First up, we paid a visit to our new bobbin producer. Same place that does the work for Seymour, PRS, Fender, Lace, and others. Witnessed the first production run from our new mold

A burr on the bobbin, topside. Notice how he builds the layers mostly from the bottom up to the top 1/3rd or so. I've got my own technique going on with how I make them but its always interesting to see how others do their thing! Good post, Wolfe - thanks for sharing.
