Andy C.
Andy drank too much rice wine and was drafted into the Chinese Army. When you see the red parachute infantry on the first invasion wave and hear a British voice that will be Andy. He wasn't "going to China" he's lived there quite awhile. I suspect he is buried in running the factory, or off somewhere at a trade show selling their wares.....http://www.SDpickups.com

Had e-mail contact with him a couple of days ago working out an issue with an order for some covers. In the past, there have been times when he seems to take awhile answering e-mail. I'd keep trying. I believe he had to change factories, at least for the covers, so he might indeed be busy with that sort of thing.

no offence, but you can ask at you first topic, why you post it again and again? it's hard to dig through duplicite topics and find something, when everyone post topic like "hey joe, you have personal message, read it" or the same topic again and again

What Nerve!
No offense, but this is an open forum for folks to post info or attempt to contact someone who is a member of the forum if that is the case.
Sorry if you have to go through multiple threads and we don't follow your rules. Welcome to the information age.

ok,
You forced me to break out the Martha Stewart Book of Forum Etiquette.
In Chapter 2, Section 3, Page 34 it states that ...calling out a member of a forum is a common and an acceptable practice when soliciting a particular person's expertise or to locate someone who hasn't responded to a couple of emails.
It may be called "bear service" in your country but prohibiting someone to do this would be a disservice.
As you can see, it's a slow day on the forum.

Lukas, this forum is not a static collection of posts. Sometimes people need to call out to someone and ask a question. Often people do not read their private messages and the only other action to be taken is to look for them on the forum. If you pull up the front page of the forum you will see the post listings... someone in a hurry might see that and not take the time to read any messages they get, especially if they get a lot.
If someone posted the same question 4 times on the same day, or even the same week, that's different. But that's not what was going on.It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein
