    What do you guys do with all of your little snippets and leftover coil wire pieces? It's so expensive it seems a shame to just toss it.

        yeah, i have plenty of scraps from my prototyping and other fluck ups. That is one of the drawbacks in setting up and winding with a CNC winder is that you waste a lot a wire trying to get everything just right. Right now i have a nice hand full sitting on my bench.

        Maybe we can sell it to that exclusive Swedish bed company as stuffing for their mattresses. I saw something on the TV recently...they charge $40,000 or was it $60,000 for an exclusive hand made king/queen size bed...literally fit for a King...of Sweden.
