    I'll suggest to "roll your own" in this case.

    Gibson itself did it in the early '50s, using hand-made bakelite bobbins for their P-13s and the earliest P-90s.

    The same forbon material used in strat p'ups work wonderfully.

      Unfortunately they don't exist off the shelf. I've looked into it and it would require a mold which is pretty expensive. Too expensive considering the lower demand for P-90's in general.

      Funny thing is a few of my suppliers are making the 49.2 covers that are US shape and spec. I wished they would have made them in 50mm instead so all the other parts would match. Would have been more useful IMO.

      Anyway, you have to use fiberboard or some other laserable material and make your own bobbins if you want 49.2mm

        I make them but they are price for vintage repairs only.
        They don't make them like they used to... We do.
