Heat proof pens

Need a pen for writing on the back of pickups till my labels get done , any suggestions ?? I use the permanent black in ones for the base of buckers and these work ok because the wax can be cleaned off completely, looking for something for forbon..and do you guys who sign/date/etc your pickups do so before or after after potting?? seems there are pros and cons for both.............

Hey Mick, I use the Silver fine tip sharpies, ultra fine actually. After potting I clean the bottom of the forbon with ooops cleaner then let dry and write on it. Seems to do fine.
