Some time ago I mentioned in a thread regarding the cutting of AlNiCo that I used a Dremel for this.
Well I ordered a neat little machine from Micro Mark recently which I bought with AlNiCo in mind.

Yes it does look a little bit like a toy and yes it is low-powered but it cuts AlNiCo beautifully and works great for cutting pole shoes too and not a splash of diamond slurry anywhere.
