Source of 1010 steel

There were queries about sources of 1010 steel (almost pure iron) for slugs and bars over the years, and a short while ago. I came upon a source:

Don't know if they will do small quantities, but they are a small company, and so may be flexible.

It's best to call them on the phone and ask for a quote.

I see cold rolled and hot rolled rod down to 1/4" diameter but no wire sizes like 3/16" for slugs. Someone will call for answers.
