Tone Kraft service?

Is Tone Kraft getting any better with turn around times and customer service? I like their products but sometimes they take to long.
has anybody used them lately and how was your experience? Thanks all!

If you Call & bug them you should get ok service But don't rely on there online service & full email box .

I ordered several sets of bobbins over the last few weeks and the orders were processed in 2-3 days. I would consider that quite timely, especially if they are making to order. I ordered Tele bobbins with A2 ma mags those are probably a made to order.
