I've had a few issues with Pat in the past in the email-reply/quick-ship departments but all in all he's been pretty good to me considering I don't spend $1000's per order. He also stocks alot of stuff that I require but can't find anywhere else. Maybe he just needs to hire a few more people to cover customer service?
Bottom line is he could be a little quicker in shipping but considering the selection and quality, it is worth the wait...unless I'm in a hurry
